Philly Mushrooms
Roasted flat mushrooms filled with cream cheese, spring onion, chives and topped with crunchy golden breadcrumbs.
Prawn Cocktail Sundae
Chilled prawns on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, topped with a tangy seafood sauce. Served with brown bread and butter.
Carvery

Lemon Bakewell
A twist on the traditional Bakewell. Sweet pastry filled with a tangy lemon curd, topped with a lemon and almond frangipane and finished with a tangy lemon drizzle.

A compote of summer fruits, topped with a golden butter crumble and toasted coconut.
